The Casbah Caravan Summer Tour

Every year during the summer months, Carol Ann takes her crew on a caravan through the Pacific Northwest. The Casbah become a traveling teahouse, serving organic food and teas, setting up a large 43' Hemp Bedouin style tent and colorful Egyptian tents. We create an ambient-chill zone at festivals and provide an acoustic stage for world-class performers. Along with our teahouse serving large gatherings at festivals, we set up an international bazaar, featuring handcrafted goods from around the world. With the dramatic rise in transportation costs, we have to plan very carefully and may not be able to attend all the festivals we typically visit.

We have six confirmed dates this summer and are in negotiations with the other events but they have not been finalized yet.

We'll be at the Mystic Garden Party once again and will bring our big tent. We’ll have a full schedule of music going in there and serve great Chai tea all night long! We are a favorite chill-out zone at many festivals. After 3 years of producing the summer festival in Ashland Oregon, it was time for them to expand. The location of the new venue is about an hour from Chico, CA. Located half way between the Bay Area and Ashland, Oregon along the Interstate 5 corridor (about 3 hours from either direction).

Featuring world renowned fantasy artists, Grammy-award winning musicians, spectacular performances and entertainers,
an amazing arts and crafts vending village, thousands of fans from around the globe travel each year to Eugene, Oregon
to experience the magic of Faerieworlds. This year's festival wil be held at Buford Park recreation area at Mt. Pisgah.

Ashland Peace Village Fair*

Peace Village is a 3 day community gathering in Ashland, Oregon, one hour north of Mount Shasta.
From inspiring music and performers to an entire village dedicated to peace,
Jackson Wellsprings in Ashland will transform itself into a truly unique showcase of all that is encompassed within PEACE.
Admission is free, with donations welcome, and our “Give Peace a Dance!” Fundraiser on Friday evening.
There will be a CommUnity Market and Skill Share Faire on Saturday and a CommUnity Picnic and Drum Circle on Sunday.
The Casbah Teahouse and Cafe’ Namaste will be providing gourmet vegetarian food. There will be a Healing Sanctuary, and a broad variety of music
including Reggae, World Fusion, Rock, Folk, Blues, Blue Grass, Latin, Funk, and Electronica.
Plus there will be late night music on Saturday night.
Use of Jackson Wellsprings spa facilities—mineral springs, pool, and sauna, plus camping—are available for an added fee.

Shrewsbury Renaissance Faire*
